Very responsive! The staff at the shop are friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of sprinkler system parts available. I left my contact info with them so I could have some work done at our hotel. The owner replied that same week and even stopped by to have a better look at things. Called him back today and he answered! It's difficult to get in touch with contractors cause they're so busy. It's sincerely refreshing to speak with a professional. He had the answers I needed. Thanks folks!

I accidentally dropped my wallet in a parking lot in Cody. The owner of this business found it and drove 15 miles to my house to drop it off to me the next morning. The interaction was brief and professional and everything inside my important belonging was completely untouched. He was a very nice man and I will always recommend doing business with Pawnee Irrigation just because of his honesty.

I contacted Tess at Pawnee Irrigation on April 7 2022 to request help installing components to my irrigation system which covers about 2 acres here in south Powell right near the river. I advised that I could not install my new stand pipe fittings as well as some 400 foot irrigation pipe components to the fields and several valves and end plugs due to a recent injury. Tess was VERY helpful and professional in her attempts to coordinate such a job in such short notice. She spent a good part of her day working to get a crew out to assist me. I thought it would take a week or two for Pawnee Irrigation to get out to the property to help me, but Tess instead managed to get 2 specialists out to help me THE NEXT DAY (April 8 2022). John and Johnny showed up and walked the lines with me and we covered the work I needed done, to which John gave some great advice and they began work immediately. Both were obviously very proficient at their jobs. We walked the entire length of both irrigation line runs and they installed everything PERFECTLY. Not only was their work outstanding, but they were done within an hour, seriously... I couldn't thank those guys enough. I will for sure absolutely be calling Tess for anything irrigation related in the future. For anyone looking to find an irrigation service that not only does residential sprinkler stuff but also works small or large agricultural land or pastures...Pawnee should be your go to...they know EXACTLY what to do and communicate very well to ensure a great outcome.
